Who we are
AV Solutions is a trade name of Aviel Vaknin, licensed dealer, Ramat Gan, Israel. We build WhatsApp assistants for small businesses. For any privacy question, contact contact@avielvaknin.org.
Two situations
- You are a visitor to this website or a prospective customer. We are the controller of what you give us (for example name, email, phone, business details and your message). We use it to answer you, prepare a quote, run the site and prevent abuse of it.
- You are a customer of a business that uses our assistant (you wrote to its WhatsApp number). The business is responsible for your data. We process it on the business's behalf only to run the assistant: answer, book appointments, send reminders and pass your request to the business.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party tracking services. Our web server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.
What the assistant processes
Your WhatsApp number and profile name, the content of your messages, and appointment details. Please do not send medical details, ID numbers, payment details or other sensitive information to the assistant. Messages are generated and processed by an AI system, and you can ask at any point to speak to a person at the business.
Who receives data
To provide the service we use services from Meta/WhatsApp (message delivery), Anthropic (an AI language model), Google (calendar bookings) and a hosting provider for our servers. Some of these providers operate outside Israel. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiries sent to us are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up. Data the assistant processes for a business is kept according to our agreement with that business, and is returned to it or deleted when the engagement ends.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Under Israeli law you may be entitled to review personal data held about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. If you wrote to a business through WhatsApp, contact that business first; you can also write to contact@avielvaknin.org and we will pass the request on. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Children
The service is not directed at children.
