Terms of Service

Last updated:

This page describes the general terms for using the AV Solutions website and service. A business that starts working with us signs a written agreement (including a trial period); if the two conflict, the written agreement prevails.

1. Who provides the service

AV Solutions is a trade name of Aviel Vaknin, licensed dealer, Ramat Gan, Israel (the "Provider"). contact@avielvaknin.org

2. The service

The Provider sets up and operates a Hebrew-language WhatsApp assistant for a business. It can answer questions from information the business provides, propose and book appointments in the business's Google Calendar, send reminders and forward requests to the business owner. The service relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta and an AI language model. The scope is set in the agreement with each business.

3. AI notice

The assistant is an automated system and can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, it does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and it refers such questions to the business's staff. The business is responsible for confirming critical appointments and information through its own processes.

4. Business responsibilities

5. Payment

Setup and monthly fees are set in the written agreement and are plus VAT. WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta, and how they are billed is described in the agreement.

6. Data and ownership

The business owns its customers' data and conversations. The Provider processes it only to provide the service and does not sell it. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the data-processing terms in the agreement. The Provider keeps its software, templates and know-how.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is", with reasonable effort and no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It depends on third parties (Meta, the AI provider, Google, hosting) outside the Provider's control. The business should keep a manual way to reach its customers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit, including missed or double-booked appointments and lost leads, and total liability is limited to the amount set in the written agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the engagement

Notice periods and conversion from a trial are set in the agreement. When the engagement ends, on the business's request its data is handed over in a readable format and then deleted. The business keeps its number, calendar and Meta assets.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Jurisdiction is set in the written agreement.

11. Changes

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
